About the company:

Mineral is a Klaviyo Elite Partner specializing in serving direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands ranging from $3M to $100M+ in revenue. We are on a mission to innovate and deliver unparalleled results for our clients, and we’re seeking a world-class Head of Email + SMS Strategy to join our team. We operate in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize core KPIs and goals for each client, including Email Attributed Revenue, Open Rate, Click Rate, Conversion Rate, and Deliverability.
  • Analyze data from monthly reporting, market research, competitive analysis, segmentation, and RFM to provide actionable insights for clients and Account Managers. Assist with creating monthly and quarterly roadmaps.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies across all client accounts, ensuring Account Managers execute effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and technical partners to implement appropriate technology and 3rd-party Shopify apps.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of three Account Managers, ensuring their continuous growth and overseeing workflow, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Mineral’s email marketing standards and execution, ensuring consistent value for clients.
  • Establish and maintain processes and standards for email strategy and optimization.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing agency, focusing on email marketing strategies (proficient in Klaviyo and data-driven decision-making).
  • Expertise in email marketing strategy, with hands-on experience in Klaviyo.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience setting department-level goals and KPIs.
  • Respected and decisive leader with demonstrated team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Figma, and Miro.
  • A keen eye for exceptional copy and design.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Methodical approach to developing, testing, and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Bias towards action.
