Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and segmenting audiences for targeted campaigns and flows (using Klaviyo, training provided).
- Help track and report performance against KPIs and benchmarks based on past performance and industry standards.
- Update email flows and document learnings from A/B tests each month.
- Coordinate with the internal team (Designer, Copywriter, and Implementation Specialist) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Keep contact lists clean by removing inactive/unengaged users.
- Support client meetings by preparing reports and helping with project tracking.
- Use project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) to stay organized and manage deliverables.
- Communicate clearly with both internal teams and clients, ensuring everyone stays on the same page.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a support role related to email marketing or digital marketing.
- Prior experience working in an agency setting is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working with tools like Klaviyo and Shopify (or open to learning).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Familiarity with best practices for email deliverability is a plus.
- Experience using project management tools (like Asana or Monday).
