With industry-leading results and case studies, we’re seeking an experienced Email Strategist Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Success Ownership
- Lead Strategic Planning: Develop and guide the strategic direction for client accounts, ensuring that all work aligns with the client’s goals and business objectives.
- Proactive Strategy Development: Propose innovative ideas and strategies, ensuring YOCTO leads the project, staying ahead of client needs rather than reacting to them.
- Client Challenge Resolution: Take ownership of any challenges that arise, addressing them early and proactively offering solutions to avoid escalations or delays.
Service Delivery Team Development and Mentorship
- Training and Mentorship: Lead training sessions focused on strategic planning, content briefing, and client communication to continuously improve the skill sets of client-facing team members.
- Industry Leadership: Stay on top of industry trends and integrate the latest strategies into client plans, ensuring YOCTO’s clients remain ahead of the curve.
- Foster a High-Performance Culture: Reinforce a lean, results-driven culture within the client servicing team, where each team member is accountable for delivering high-quality outcomes consistently.
Key Requirements:
- Strictly Relevant Experience: Must have worked in a high-performing email & SMS eCommerce agency or email & SMS SaaS company.
- Klaviyo & Shopify: Strong understanding of the ecosystem. Up-to-date on email marketing trends, best practices, and new DTC technologies.
- Strategic Planning: Proven ability to create and execute strategies that meet client goals.
- Project Management: Capable of managing multiple clients and projects without missing deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to explain strategies and manage client relationships.
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor a remote team, ensuring high-quality work and growth.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in solving client issues with a proactive, strategic approach.
Other Considerations:
This is a 100% remote contractor position; you will be responsible for your own taxes and social security.
- Weekday availability is required.
- The starting work hours range from 9AM-11AM and end at 5PM-7PM.
