With industry-leading results and case studies, we’re seeking an experienced Email Strategist Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and queries promptly.
- Generating detailed reports on performance, analyzing data to extract actionable insights, and enhancing strategy.
- Effectively presenting reports and communicating insights and strategies to clients.
- Conducting thorough audits of client accounts to identify opportunities for improvement and developing strategic roadmaps for success.
- Creating concise and clear briefs for marketing flows and campaign planning.
- Conducting user research, creating test idea briefs, setting up complex A/B tests, and prioritizing tests effectively to improve conversion rates.
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients and kicking off with a clear execution plan. Crafting bespoke strategies to meet new clients’ specific goals and needs.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience using Klaviyo and a strong background in e-commerce email/SMS marketing. Having had experience in direct mail marketing or mobile marketing (WhatsApp, in-app, etc.) is a big advantage.
- Experience using platforms like Lifetimely, Yotpo, Recharge, Amped, Social Snowball, and other key Shopify apps.
- Exceptional communication skills, high empathy, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and apply them to improve performance.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (Slack, ClickUp, GSuite) and eagerness to adopt new technologies.
- Preferably a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and excellence in the marketing domain.
- Previous experience working in a remote digital agency environment will be considered a huge advantage.
Other Considerations:
- This is a 100% remote contractor position; you will be responsible for your own taxes and social security.
- Weekday availability is required. The starting work hours range from 9AM-11AM and end at 5PM-7PM. We have a flexible day-off policy (if you need it, take it).
