About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – Refrigeration to lead our refrigeration team. This is a senior technical leadership position where all technicians will report directly to you.
You will oversee the technical performance and development of the entire refrigeration team, provide guidance on complex issues, and ensure all service and repair work meets high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all refrigeration technicians.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of commercial refrigeration systems.
- Review the quality of technicians’ work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assign and prioritize technical tasks and monitor team performance.
- Diagnose complex equipment issues and recommend effective solutions..
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration, HVAC/R, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Brooklyn, New York.
