Position Overview
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who thrives in ownership, thinks in systems, and delivers measurable results.
This is a full-ownership role where you will lead client accounts end-to-end — from strategy and execution to communication and performance. You will operate as the strategic owner of the retention engine, responsible for how all lifecycle channels come together to drive growth.
You’ll serve as the primary client partner, supported by a designer and a technician, while owning the direction, quality, and outcomes of the account.This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, enjoys autonomy, and understands how to turn lifecycle marketing into a scalable revenue driver.
Key Responsibilities
Client Ownership & Partnership
- Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for clients
- Lead client calls, present strategies, and communicate performance insights
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities
Strategy & Performance
- Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies
- Own and drive key KPIs: revenue, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, engagement metrics
- Continuously analyze performance and optimize flows and campaigns
- Lead segmentation, testing strategies, and data-driven decision-making
- Translate business goals into actionable retention strategies
Execution
- Build, launch, and optimize flows (automations) and campaigns
- Manage segmentation, forms, and integrations within ESPs
- Ensure quality assurance across deliverables (deliverability, mobile, dark mode, etc.)
- Collaborate with designers and technicians to bring campaigns to life
Copywriting
- Write and refine high-converting email and lifecycle messaging
- Adapt tone of voice across different brands and audiences
- Optimize subject lines, CTAs, and messaging frameworks
- Ensure alignment between strategy and creative execution
Project Management
- Own timelines, deliverables, and prioritization across accounts
- Maintain organization and momentum without heavy oversight
- Ensure deadlines are met while balancing quality and efficiency

Required Experience & Skills
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with strong depth in lifecycle/marketing
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Advanced experience with Klaviyo
- Proven ability to own accounts and drive measurable business results
- Experience developing and executing strategies for eCommerce brands
Strong understanding of:
- Customer lifecycle marketing
- Segmentation and personalization
- A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Email and retention performance metrics
