Key Responsibilities:
- Client Concerns & Resolutions: Identify project issues, working directly with the Project Managers & Clients to ensure timely resolutions.
- Monthly Project Reports on project statuses, and project profitability
- Monthly Project Reviews with Project Managers to assess progress toward monthly and quarterly goals and initiatives.
- Presence & Attendance on Client Meetings: Assist Project Managers on client meetings as needed to ensure professional and quality service delivery.
- Hire, train, and manage Project Managers, Including one-on-ones & group trainings.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management and leadership experience is required.
- Client-facing experience is a must. This is a client facing role.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable being honest and direct with both clients and team members is required. Combination of professionalism and assertiveness.
- Experience with project profitability is a plus.
- Marketing experience in an agency environment is highly desirable but not required.
- While the position is remote, you must be willing to work EST hours.
