Key Responsibilities:

As a Figma Email Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging, conversion-driven email designs. Working closely with strategists, copywriters, and developers, you will bring email campaigns to life, ensuring each design is optimized for performance while maintaining a seamless user experience. You will design high-converting email templates and develop scalable design systems to streamline the process for various DTC brands.

  • Design High-Converting Email Templates: Focus on autolayouts, components, and instances in Figma to create visually appealing templates optimized for high performance.
  • Develop Scalable Design Systems: Create efficient and consistent design systems for email campaigns, maintaining brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with strategists and copywriters to transform briefs into compelling visual concepts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Optimize for Responsiveness: Ensure designs are mobile-responsive and compatible with dark mode.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with email design trends, UI/UX best practices, and technical constraints such as email client limitations.
  • Iterate Based on Data: Manage design iterations based on A/B test results and performance data to continually improve email campaign effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • Figma Expertise: Strong experience with Figma, including advanced skills in autolayouts, instances, gradient layers, and creating scalable dynamic designs.
  • Agency Experience: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Email & UX Focused: Deep understanding of email design constraints and best practices for maximizing conversions and user engagement.
  • Speed & Precision: Ability to quickly turn around high-quality designs without compromising attention to detail.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with strategists, copywriters, and developers.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Klaviyo or other ESPs (Email Service Providers).
  • Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge for designing HTML emails.
  • Experience Designing for eCommerce Brands.

Working Hours

  • 10 AM – 6 PM EST
