Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Efficiently manage the founder’s schedules, appointments, and email communications.
- Coordinate and streamline meetings and communications.
- Maintain readiness to adapt to evolving needs, flexibly handling tasks that optimize the founder’s time.
- Handle client billing and invoicing processes.
- Respond to customer queries and schedule calls with new clients.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage project execution with small teams of internal and external contacts, including consulting clients’ projects on Amazon listing optimization, developing systems and processes with AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability (must have AI skills).
- Ensure milestones are met on time and proactively adjust project plans as priorities shift.
- Demonstrate an agile approach to rapidly integrate new AI solutions for continuous improvement.
Content Management:
- Curate and edit content including photos, videos, and blog articles for lead generation on social media.
- Strategically manage multi-platform content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Threads, Pinterest, Behance, and agency marketplaces, aiming to attract and engage new leads for respective businesses.
Amazon Operations:
- Support daily Amazon brand operations, including Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), closely monitoring performance metrics and utilizing data insights to optimize listings.
- Engage AI tools for enhanced data analysis and operational improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Initiative-Driven: Eager to take ownership of challenges and leverage AI for problem-solving.
- Adaptable & Agile: Capable of managing multiple projects and quickly pivoting as priorities evolve.
- Organized: Demonstrated skill in creating SOPs and optimizing workflows with automation.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT and similar, social media platforms, and content editing software.
- Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a professional command of English suited to engaging warm leads in partnership discussions, responding to customer queries, and coordinating with clients. Able to build rapport and convey value clearly and persuasively over Zoom calls, fostering trust and alignment with potential partners.
- Experience: Background in e-commerce, Amazon FBA, or project management, with a focus on driving efficiency.
