Our client, a marketing agency working with DTC brands, is looking for an AI & Automation Expert to help build smarter, more efficient ways of working across marketing, data, and client operations.
This is a project-based opportunity for approximately 3–6 months, with a focus on building and improving automation workflows, deploying AI agents, and helping the team get more value from tools like n8n, Lindy.ai, and Hermes Agent. If they like the collaboration, there’s the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

What you’ll do
- Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n and similar tools to streamline processes in the company
- Set up and manage AI agents using platforms like Lindy.ai and Hermes Agent to handle routine and on-demand tasks across the team
- Set up and manage integrations across the marketing tech stack and troubleshoot workflow issues when they arise
- Explore new AI and automation tools, test their potential, and help the team identify what’s actually worth implementing
- Look for opportunities to automate repetitive processes and make day-to-day workflows more efficient
- Turn complex technical solutions into clear, practical explanations for non-technical teammates and clients
What you bring
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms, ideally n8n, and working with APIs/integrations
- Familiarity with AI agent platforms such as Lindy.ai, Hermes Agent, or similar “AI employee” tools
- Comfort working with data; SQL is a plus
- Genuine curiosity about AI and automation and the ability to distinguish useful solutions from hype
- A problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment and learn
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear way
- Good English communication skills
