We provide critical resources such as drones, mobile shower-laundry units, training programs, and veteran reintegration support. Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence, engage supporters, and communicate the impact of our work. You will collaborate closely with our team to plan and implement content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with the foundation’s goals and events.
- Create engaging posts, stories, and reels (text, images, and basic video content).
- Highlight key updates, donation campaigns, events, and impact stories.
- Monitor trends, analytics, and engagement to improve performance.
- Communicate with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community.
- Work closely with team members to stay updated on foundation activities and priorities.
- You will attend weekly team meetings.
- You will stay in charge of weekly-monthly revisions to track social media performance metrics.
Requirements
- Experience managing social media for nonprofits or brands.
- Strong writing skills in English (Ukrainian is a plus).
- Creativity, initiative, and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn features and analytics tools.
- You must be able to stay updated on platform algorithm changes and trends
- Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Instories, etc.) are a bonus.
- Passion for supporting Ukraine and making a meaningful impact.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on social media is a big plus
