Key Responsibilities:
- Develop audience segmentation and funnel logic for targeted campaigns and flows using Klaviyo.
- Set account KPIs and benchmarks based on performance, industry standards, and historical data.
- Revise and update email flows monthly, documenting lessons from A/B tests and requesting design updates.
- Present growth strategies to clients and develop actionable account plans.
- Manage and maintain clean contact lists by removing unengaged or inactive users.
- Conduct regular team and client meetings to review progress and plans.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration across teams and with clients.
- Use project management tools (Asana/Monday, or similar) to manage a pod consisting of Designer, Copywriter and Email Implementation Specialist.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in email marketing.
- Proven experience working with Klaviyo and Shopify.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, communicate clearly and share ideas.
- Experience managing multiple project deadlines and client workloads.
- Understanding of best deliverability practices and tools.
- Experience creating flow chart visualizations.
