About the Role
Our Client is seeking a driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is essential for maintaining smooth internal operations, as effective communication with our field technicians and mechanics is a critical part of the role.
You will work with warm inbound leads, conduct outbound follow-ups, and guide clients through our HVAC and duct-cleaning services with clarity and professionalism. Leads are provided; no cold prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Development & Client Outreach
- Engage inbound leads through phone, SMS, email, and company communication tools.
- Follow approved sales scripts, objection-handling methods, and qualification criteria.
- Promote on-the-spot booking by guiding clients toward immediate scheduling when appropriate.
- Upsell additional services by using probing questions to uncover customer needs, priorities, and service gaps.
- Book consultations, follow-up appointments, and closing calls.
- Develop a recurring service pipeline by re-engaging former or past clients for seasonal or maintenance services.
- Respond to new inquiries within established timeframes.
3. CRM & Documentation
- Log all lead interactions, call notes, and status updates in our CRM .
- Keep records accurate and current, including documentation of agreements and client feedback.
2. Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Offer knowledgeable support to prospective and existing clients.
- Address questions regarding services, pricing, and processes with clarity and care.
- Escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate team while maintaining customer trust.
4. Performance & Communication
- Participate in team training, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins.
- Maintain a reliable schedule and respond promptly to team messages.
- Meet or exceed KPIs such as response time, conversion rate, and call activity.
- Communicate effectively with internal field teams
5. Professionalism & Conduct
- Represent company with integrity, respect, and enthusiasm.
- Adhere to company policies regarding client confidentiality and information handling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer support (home services/HVAC preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills and confident phone presence.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work the Closer Shift (10:00am to 8:00pm EST).
- Being multilingual is a plus (especially Russian-English).
